Together with Gianluigi Garattoni, experienced sommelier and author of a book entirely dedicated to Bianchello, we will take you on a sensory journey that will reveal the secrets of this exceptional wine.
You will indulge in the pairing of Bianchello del Metauro with various gastronomic excellences from our territory:
- Riflessi 2022 Bianchello del Metauro D.O.C. paired with Cau & Spada pecorino cheese, bread, and oil.
- Vertical tasting of 3 vintages of Pian dei Fiori Bianchello del Metauro D.O.C. Superiore, paired with delicacies such as aged pecorino cheese aged with aromatic herbs, pecorino cheese aged with chestnut leaves, and aged pit cheese.
- Farmer’s breakfast with porchetta, sliced meats, and Easter Pizza.
- Bianchello Passito paired with Sorbe jam tart.
